This Friday's Think, Make, Solve involved a small piece of tinfoil, a container filed with water and some counters. The challenge was for students to design a tinfoil boat that could carry the most counters without sinking. These students had to think carefully about how they could design their tinfoil boats. After each attempt they had to reflect on what they could change or improve.
The winning team's boat held over 300 counters!
